Holland Christian is offering a Sports Physical Night on Wednesday, May 31 from 6-8pm at South Washington Family Medicine for $25. Additional information about the MHSAA required physical can be found here: https://hollandchristian.org/athletics/athletic-registration-handbooks/ We encourage every child to see their primary care physician for their well child visit, but also understand the sports physical requirement does not always align with insurance requirements. The MHSAA physical form must be completed by a MD/DO/NP/PA between April 15 and the first practice/try-out for a student to participate in any in-season sport for both high school and middle school athletics.
